Eva Ventova was born in Sofia in 1985 and graduated Stage and screen design from the National Academy of Theater and Film Arts “Krustio Sarafov”. Her practice began while still a student working in theatrical productions, short film formats, which eventualy lead to appointments at the art department of big movie productions. Her 15+ years of experience has taken her on various adventures - from music videos, theatre stage design, through large scale urban installations and films, to commercial projects. Eva Ventova’s eponymous approach is to find the unorthodox and unique way of displaying an idea and of engaging the audience. Recent years have seen her completely transform spaces like shopping malls and exhibition halls, contribute to some of the most watched commercials and elevate the content of cultural collaborations. These successful partnerships have turned her name into an absolute reference for one of a kind original approach keeping up with all the innovative and exciting ideas occurring in the art world nowadays.
